Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire our participants to spread the powerful impact of coaching in academic settings- and beyond. By employing learned evidence-based coaching techniques under the umbrella of best practices and the highest ethical standards, we hope our participants feel empowered to grow, learn and develop into the individuals they would like to be. Our vision is to enable learners to have a clear direction and focus, achieve quantifiable success as determined by each individual, and see more of a coaching presence in Academic Environments. At Coaching Kinetics, we believe that online learning should be delivered in a safe and supportive environment that allows all participants to share ideas and grow. By co-creating a community of like-minded professionals, we strive to create a space that is not only caring but that provides a network of support and guidance to each individual participant.
